Sarah is our triple-threat – our resident HIIT Powerhouse, Barre Instructor and Nutritionist. Well-known for her challenging HIIT classes, Sarah brings her own unique style to the mat motivating and challenging you to reach your potential. Sarah always gives 150% on the mat and expects you to do the same! She will be right there encouraging and nudging you to go that little bit extra.With a wealth of knowledge and absolute passion for food, Sarah believes healthy is easy and doesn’t need to be complicated. Our own in-house Nutritionist, Sarah’s food philosophy is simply that food is to be enjoyed, as well as to fuel, nourish and protect our bodies. She strongly believes that there is not one ideal way to eat that suits everyone. It is generally trial and error to establish how to enjoy your favourite foods, whilst also ensuring you are energised and healthy.
