Meg is a much-loved and experienced Aleenta Instructor. With a Bachelor Degree of Dance Performance and soon to be a Doctor of Chinese Medicine (yes you will need to call her Dr Meg;), Meg loves working and caring for the health of others. Whether it be online, in the studio or the clinic, understanding the body and how it moves and functions is her specialty.
Meg believes in exercising for sustainability – working in a way that feels good to keep you moving for a life-time. Her philosophy is to do what feels good and listen to your body. Meg teaches a fluid, fascia-based style of Yoga, stretching and very fun high-intensity FIT classes based around body-weight plyometric work.
Away from the Barre, Meg spends time with friends and family, enjoying South Australia’s delights, cooking, reading and sticking her hands in the garden’s dirt (and enjoying a wine or two at the other ‘bar’).
