Jenny is a South-African Aussie whose gorgeous, silky South African accent we could just sit and listen to for hours. It’s a little like having a massage and dreading it coming to an end. Her meditations explore the quietening of the mind to achieve a deep level of relaxation to experience peace of mind and profound stillness. Jenny believes that after practicing meditation, you may feel as if you have had a little power nap, or relaxed, refreshed and restored. Over time, and with continued practice, the quality of your sleep will improve and meditation will become one of your secret weapons, tucked into your comfy old jeans and ready to use whenever the need to calm your nervous system arises.
A mum, expat and beach roamer, Jenny is also an experienced yogi who gives a little massage at the end of each class (yes, we are obsessed with massage). With a curious mind and a quest to perfect inspiring, uplifting, well-structured breath and movement practices, Jenny’s meditation and mindfulness techniques support feelings of calm in challenging times.
After living and travelling the world, Jenny experienced the nurturing benefits of yoga and meditation and said goodbye to anxiety and a bad back. Yoga and meditation are her ‘medicine’ bringing relief and regeneration to her body and mind. She believes everyone should feel supported, included, connected, nurtured and benefit both physically and mentally from meditation. She loves nothing more than big loud belly laugh moments and uncontrollable giggling combined with a good red wine and roaring fires.
