Courtney loves HIIT and combos – the harder, the better! Whilst Courtney delivers some awesome beginner classes, don’t be fooled, she is itching to get you to advanced. A physio-in-training and all-around amazingly talented Instructor, Courtney has a huge passion for health and fitness that began with a long history of dance training. She creates an awesome high energy environment that will leave you feeling not only sweaty, but super strong and powerful.
Courtney’s fitness philosophy is to do it for the way it makes you feel. Everyone’s workout is going to look different. This is your time and your body deserves your 100% best effort! Technique is the biggest priority, and Courtney’s knowledge of the body and biomechanics is going to help you nail this and challenge all your muscles.
