A fitness fanatic and practising yogi, Brittany credits her love and passion for yoga with helping improve her own self-esteem and body image. And this led her to wanting to help others get as much out of practising yoga as she does.
Brittany believes yoga helps you to park your problems at the door and be truly present. She loves connecting her flow with her breath to relieve tension in her mind and body and shares this in her classes.
Currently studying Exercise Science at Uni, Brittany’s favourite style is Power Yoga and loves it when her clients tell her the class is the “right amount challenging”. When not on the mat, you will find Brittany at the beach or training herself hard with a HIIT class!
