An ex-Professional Dancer, Angie travelled the world dancing, living in London, Ireland and Egypt to name a few. After having her second bubs, Angie started Pilates as part of her post-natal rehab and fell in love. Teaching for 17 years now and specialising in Pilates for the past few years, Angie utilises Pilates principles and techniques to guide you through her classes and ensure you understand the movement pattern right to work the correct muscle groups. She loves explaining why a particular muscle is important and how it helps correct postural alignment. Combined with getting you sweaty and having fun on the mat.
A super-talented performer, Angie is also an experienced Barre Instructor and Aerial Artist including Pole, Silks, Trapeze and Lyra.
Angie speaks fluent Arabic from her time spent in Egypt, so if you need help bartering at the fruit and vegie market in Egypt, she’s your gal. 🤣
